Mandatory nature of collection. The collection of certain Data is mandatory (unless otherwise stated on the collection form), insofar as it is essential for the purposes set out above.

WILL YOUR DATA BE TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EU?
Information. Some of the above service providers and sub-contractors store Data about you throughout the world, including in countries outside the European Union (in particular Google, incorporated in the USA).
Measures. However, we take all necessary measures to avoid or minimise such transfers and, when we do so, to comply with the regulations, so that the level of protection of data subjects guaranteed by the regulations is not compromised.
Obligations. These third parties undertake to take the necessary measures to comply with your rights with regard to your Data, in particular by means of standard contractual clauses and additional security measures such as encryption.
DETAILS OF SAFETY MEASURES
Obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk and nature of your Data.
Measures. We ensure the physical security of our premises and put in place IT security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of your Data (implementation of the most recent TLS encryption protocol, limitation of communication ports, limitation of access to administration tools and interfaces, logging, regular back-ups, no account creation, obtaining consent for non-essential cookies) and to restore the availability of Data in the event of an incident (regular back-ups, business resumption plan and business continuity plan).
Breaches of Personal Data. We have incorporated a procedure for notifying the CNIL of Personal Data breaches within seventy-two (72) hours. When the breach of Personal Data is likely to result in a high risk to your privacy rights, this same procedure provides for you to receive detailed information.
