Introduction of Nanni Italy Service Network
As part of the continuing development that Nanni is implementing in Italy, to extend its sales and service influence, the Nanni Italy team organized a dealer meeting with the new Italian Dealer Network, to strengthen their presence in the territory.
The meeting took place over two days in Tuscany, hosted by the official distributor of the region, NENCINI RETTIFICHE.
The purpose of the meeting was to set the strategy plan with the new network, and to perform a product training on engine and generator.
The main topic approach was the product overview of Nanni, including engines and generators that have been extend in the last years. The new Service and Parts organization has been presented to brief the network about Nanni’s commitment to offering the best service to its customers, and how Nanni sees the digitization of service operations through its new Service web service platform.
Another crucial point of the meeting was the Nanni brand image. The idea was to show the evolution of the Nanni image and to share our future vision as a leading company specialized 100% in the marine sector. The aim is to ensure a smooth transition between our past and our future, with the support of our network of partners.
During the meeting, a technical training on product has been performed on a engine common rail of 270hp and on a generator. The purpose of this training was to demonstrate the functioning of the new Nanni diagnostic tool, as well as the engine parameters setting, thus making it possible to preview and anticipate failure and get the maintenance and repair status of the product.
Nanni is also developing a new way to organize training for its network, including the use of a digital E-Learning platform. This new training offer is tailored to each dealer according to product and market specifications, and is performed at the Nanni training center in France or, as it was the case for this meeting in Italy, at the customer’s site.
In terms of network mapping, Nanni Srl Rome has succeeded in establishing a solid partnership with 14 regional distributors across the country. These distributors are responsible for sales, inventory and service, and work with 60 local dealers.
Some of these distributors have long-time relationships with Nanni, such as O.M.R Villafrate, which has been working with the brand for over 30 years. But new companies have also entered the Nanni world, such as Cantiere Navale Fois (Sardinia), Officine Navali Quaiat (Friuli) and GP SERVICE (Naples and surrounding area).
This meeting marks an important step in strengthening Nanni’s dealer network in Italy, ensuring greater coverage and better quality of service for all our customers.
